Hey guys how are you!??! In lieu of my new fitness routine and my efforts to be a little healthier, I thought I start sharing some tips with you guys. I know its hard to be healthy especially when you work and things need to be quick and easy. However, sometimes there are alternatives to things you already eat that are healthier.
My first swap out I want share with you is Greek yogurt. I’ve been eating this every weekday morning as part of my breakfast. Swap out your regular yogurt for Greek yogurt. It’s extremely creamy, but has less fat and more protein. Watch and compare brands though because like my good friend Michelle said “Not all Greek yogurt are created equal”.

I can actually eat Greek yogurt! It has a milder taste than regular. I’ve tried time and time to eat the regular, and i just can’t get bast that tangy taste it has :/
Chobani is so good! I recently tried Dannon Oikos fruit at the bottom Greek yogurt. Its 120 calories and zero fat. I got the blackberry and it was good.
